MACY'S HAS RECEIVED A 100% RATING IN THE CORPORATE EQUALITY
INDEX REPORT - AND WE'RE PROUD OF IT!

In recent years, Macy's has picked up the top rating of 100% in the Corporate Equality index report, sponsored by the Human Rights Campaign (HRC) Foundation. The Corporate Equality Index, which rated 584 businesses, measures the extent to which employers protect their gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender employees. Ratings are based on numerous factors, including non-discrimination policies, diversity training and benefits for domestic partners and transgender employess. The index rated companies on a scale from zero to 100 percent on their treatment of gay. lesbian, bisexual and transgender employees, consumers and investors.
