Mixing rap, electronic
and pop music for a
West Coast flavor all
their own.
Raised in Koreatown, LA, Far East Movement made history when their 2010 platinum-selling song "Like a G6" became the first #1 hit ever by an Asian American group. Now, their dance-party, club-hopping spirit has captured the world.
Inspired by the downtown LA scene and an eclectic mix of artists ranging from Dr. Dre to DJ Tiesto, Far East Movement mixes rap, electronic and pop music for a West Coast flavor all their own. Hits like "Girls on the Dance Floor" and "Rocketeer" have electrified a diverse fanbase around the globe. Fresh off their latest album Dirty Bass, their single
"Turn Up the Love" was selected for President Obama's 2012 Inauguration Playlist. The group also performed at two Presidential Inaugural Balls, which was a landmark achievement for the foursome.
Off stage, the members of Far East Movement co-founded International Secret Agents, a concert & events company that showcases the most-talented rising artists of the Internet generation. ISA began as an idea to empower the Asian American community and blossomed into a thriving brand recognized by thousands of young people of all races & cultural backgrounds.
When it comes to having something for everyone, Far East Movement effortlessly captures the pulse of a generation.
