Online, Fast, Secure.

Make a single payment and view your statement online. A Macy's Quick Pay made before midnight eastern time is processed to your account within 48 hours using the date your payment was submitted (72 hours over the Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays).

ONLINE STATEMENTS & PAYMENTS

Checkfree Service.

Make payments and receive your statements online. Payments will be applied to your account within three business days of receipt

PAY BY PHONE

Simply call one of our Star Rewards Specialists with your Macy’s Account number and a valid checking account at a U.S. bank.A fee applies and will be disclosed at the time you request this optional payment service.

Cash, check and money order payments are accepted at any Macy’s store and are applied immediately to your account.
