Jewelry items purchased from macys.com may be returned either to a store or by mail for a refund, credit or exchange. The item must be returned in its original condition and in its original packaging with tags attached. Custom-sized rings received from macys.com may only be returned by mail. For your convenience, we provide a UPS pre-paid mailing label enclosed with your jewelry statement. To ensure proper credit to your account, please retain the UPS tracking number until the credit has been posted to your account. Fine jewelry and watches may not be returned if sized or altered by you.
Bridesmaid dresses purchased online may be returned to the Macy's store nearest you or
by mail to either of the following Macy's store addresses:

Bridesmaid dresses must be returned within 30 days of the receipt of purchase and with valid proof of purchase and all tags attached. Worn or altered garments may not be returned. Proof of purchase is defined as a valid receipt, a packing slip or a vendor direct shipping invoice.
