Place the frothed milk into a large glass. Pour the selected Grand Cru (1. 35 oz.) directly over the frothed milk. Add sugar to taste. Ingredients: 1 capsule of Decaffeinato Lungo Grand Cru (to produce 3.75 oz. of Lungo coffee) 1 Apple and Ginger herbal tea bag 
2 teaspoons of maple syrup 3 tablespoons of milk froth A pinch of ground cinnamon PREPARATION: Place the herbal tea bag in a Cappuccino cup and prepare your Decaffeinato Lungo Grand Cru directly onto it. Allow the apple and ginger tea to infuse for 4 minutes, then remove the bag. Add the maple syrup to the coffee and set aside. Prepare the milk froth using the steam nozzle of your Nespresso machine or the Aeroccino Milk Frother. Place 3 tablespoons of frothed milk on top of the coffee and sprinkle with ground cinnamon. Add 3 tablespoons crushed ice and the pink grapefruit juice. In the meantime, pour the Bukeela ka Ethiopia Grand Cru (3.75 oz.) in a shaker containing 5 ice cubes and 5 ml elder flower syrup. Aeroccino Milk FrotherPistachio Iced Coffee Preparation time: 5 min Ingredients: 1 capsule of Grand Cru Fortissio Lungo 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream 2 scoops of pistachio ice cream Pistachio syrup 3.5 oz. of milk Crushed ice PREPARATION: Pour the pistachio syrup (2 coffee spoons) and the milk into the Aeroccino and create milk froth. Put the pistachio ice cream and the vanilla ice cream in the mixer. Add the Fortissio Lungo and the pistachio syrup (1 coffee spoon). Mix it all. Ingredients: 1 capsule of Fortissio Lungo Grand Cru 1.01-oz. of condensed milk 1 sachet of Cailler chocolate Milk Cocoa powder PREPARATION: Place 1.01 oz. of condensed milk in the bottom of the glass. Pour a sachet of Cailler chocolate over the condensed milk. Insert a capsule of Grand Cru Fortissio Lungo in the Maestria machine and prepare the coffee. Press the hot froth button. Salted White Chocolate Coffee Preparation time: 15 min. Ingredients: 1 capsule Vanizio Grand Cru 1 oz. white chocolate 2 oz. milk 1/8 tsp. salt PREPARATION: Chop white chocolate into small pieces. Set aside. In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine milk and salt. Stir to dissolve salt. When mixture is heated through, add chopped chocolate and stir/whisk until chocolate is fully melted into milk mixture. Pour milk mixture into glass and brew coffee onto it. Hazelnut Chocolate Coffee Preparation time: 10 min. Ingredients: 3 tbs. chocolate hazelnut spread 4 oz. milk PREPARATION: In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine milk and chocolate-hazelnut spread. Whisk until spread is melted and milk is heated through and foaming. Pour hot milk mixture into glass. Brew Coffee onto the mixture. To use the Aeroccino Milk Frother: spoon spread into a large cup. Fill milk to latte line. Run the Aeroccino Milk Frother as normal on hot setting. Immediately pour hot frothed milk onto hazelnut spread and stir to dissolve spread. Pour hot milk mixture into the glass. Brew Coffee into the mixture. ACCESSORIES NEEDED: VertuoLine Machine Aeroccino Milk Frother Tall glassAlmond Orgeat Cappuccino Preparation time: 10 min. Ingredients: 2 capsules of Livanto Grand Cru (to produce 3 oz. of Espresso coffee) 2 teaspoons of orgeat or almond barley water 4.5 oz. of milk 1/4  teaspoon of bitter almond extract Cocoa powder Amaretto cookie PREPARATION: Pour 2 teaspoons of orgeat or almond barley water into each cappuccino cup and then prepare an Espresso (1.5 oz.) into a cup. Add the bitter almond extract to the milk and prepare the milk froth using the steam nozzle of your Nespresso machine or the Aeroccino Milk Frother. Top each cappuccino cup with the flavored milk froth and sprinkle with cocoa powder if desired. Garnish each cappuccino cup with an amaretto cookie and serve immediately. Ingredients: 1 capsule Decaffeinato or Vanizio Grand Cru 4 oz. milk 3 tbs. dulce de leche caramel PREPARATION: In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine milk and dulce de leche. Whisk until dulce de leche has melted and combined with milk. Milk is heated through and foaming. Pour milk mixture into glass. Brew the coffee into the mixture. To use the Aeroccino Milk Frother: spoon dulce de leche into glass.. Set aside. Fill milk to latte line. Run the Aeroccino Milk Frother as normal on hot setting.
