Loyalty level is effective in February of each year based on Macy's Credit Card purchases at Macy's and macys.com for the period between December 1st through November 30th of the previous year less any discounts, returns and credits. Macy’s account must be open and not delinquent in order to receive the benefits. Cardholder must not have opted out of receiving marketing mail from Macy’s as of the date we prepare our Macy’s Star Pass and Birthday offer mailings. Cardholders who have opted-out or for whom we do not have their current address, will forfeit those mailings. Each account qualifies for only one set of Star Passes, regardless of the number of Cardholders on the account. Only one Birthday offer is sent to the primary Cardholder regardless of number of accounts. The number, method of distribution, expiration dates, eligible purchases and discount value of these benefits may vary. Macy’s may change or terminate the program at its discretion, without notice.
