Return & Exchange Policy
120-Day
Comfort Trial
Here's how it works:
- Try your new mattress, see how it feels, and if you are not satisfied with it after 120 days, contact Macy's within 7 days of the trial period end date to receive a one-time credit (minus fees) toward a new mattress of equal or greater value.
- New mattress selection must be made within 14 days. Mattress must be undamaged, unsoiled and free of stains. Please note that your delivery fee will not be refunded. An $99 pickup fee will be charged and a 15% preference return fee will apply. For complete details, please call
