How It WorksNot going to be home? Ship select orders to the nearest UPS Access Point location to pick up when it’s convenient for you.
Here’s how it works:
At checkout, look for the UPS Access Point shipping option on eligible orders.
Select a location near you, then provide the first & last name of your Pickup Person.
You’ll get an email when the order’s ready for pickup.
Your package will be held for up to 7 days. Pickup Person must bring tracking number & ID to pick up order. Delivery available in U.S. only. Some orders may not be eligible based on the item type, weight & size.
We hope you love your gift or purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we’ll gladly accept most returns by mail or in stores within 30 days of purchase for free.
Store returns are free. For Star Rewards members, return shipping is free. For non-members, a $9.99 return shipping fee plus tax, where applicable, will be deducted from your refund.
Exclusions are noted below. Returned items must be in original, saleable condition with original tags. Shipping and delivery fees are nonrefundable.
Note: Any new or gently used cosmetic or fragrance product purchased at Macy’s that does not meet your needs will be accepted for return.

Orders must be placed by noon local time. Orders placed after cutoff time arrive the next day. Orders over $500 require a signature when the delivery arrives. Item availability and pricing are not guaranteed. The minimum purchase amount for Same-Day Delivery does not apply to Coach, furniture, mattresses, purchases in Macy’s stores or prior purchases.
