The information you provide to Macy’s will be available to your Furniture Expert and will be used to contact you about your appointment and/or about Macy’s products, services, and promotions that may be of interest to you. This information may be accessed and used by other Macy’s personnel. If you would like to end your one-to-one relationship with your Furniture Expert, you can do so through the following methods: (i) text or call the sales colleague directly asking to end the client relationship and stop communication with that colleague; (ii) visit the colleague in the Macy’s store and ask to end the one-to-one relationship; (iii) email your Furniture Expert at furnitureexpert@macys.com, or (iii) call Macy’s Customer Service department at 1-800-343-0121. Ending the one-to-one relationship with the Furniture Expert will remove your information from that Furniture expert client book. Your information will still be retained by Macy’s and may be used by other sales associates if you begin a new one-to-one relationship.
