Do I need a reservation to visit Dickens Village?
Yes. Dickens Village will be seen by reservation only. Reservations will open five days in advance from the day you wish to visit. For example, to experience the Village on Dec. 16, you can access that day’s available reservations five days in advance on Dec. 11. Reservations open at 6:30am local time each day. Please include every member of your party (adults and children) going into the attraction when making your reservation. (Maximum capacity per reservation is six people.)
Will Santa be at Dickens Village this year?
Yes! Santa returns to Dickens Village this year. Guests will visit Santa in his office as he works behind his desk this year. He’s excited to see you and take a photo with you as you sit on the opposite side of this desk. Young children who are not able to sit up on their own will require an adult or older child to sit with them to hold them up. Santa will not be able to hold children on his lap or desk.
What if I only want to see Dickens Village or Santa?
Guests will have two options when making reservations this year: Dickens Village only and Santa with Dickens Village. For guests who want to see Santa, you will stop by his office first and then have the option to exit or continue to the Village. Santa will only be available from Nov. 25 through Dec. 24. Dickens Village will remain open after Christmas through Dec. 31.
When is the best time to book my visit to Dickens Village?
Dickens Village reservations will be easier to obtain Mon.-Thurs. throughout the season. Please note: your reservation time slot is to join the line to see the Village and/or Santa. Average wait times can be 30-90 minutes. Weekends are the busiest times.
What should I do if I have issues booking a reservation?
Please note: that reservations open at 6:30am local time for open reservations five days out. If you do not see a date available five days in advance, it is likely because all available reservations have been booked for that day. If you are having tech issues or need to cancel an existing reservation, please see our “Help Center” below to email us.
