What will my photo with Santa look like this year?
Guests will visit Santa as he sits on his bench. He is excited to see you & take a photo. You can choose to sit next to him on his throne or on a red gift box nearby. Young children who are not able to sit up on their own will require an adult or older child to sit with them to hold them up. Santa will not be able to hold children on his lap.
Where is Macy’s Santa located?
Santa visits kids of all ages on the 6th floor of Macy’s Union Square, which is located at 170 O’Farrell Street, San Francisco, CA 94102.
How much does it cost to see Santa?
Admission to Macy’s Holiday Celebrations is free. Please note: a reservation is required. Photos will be available for purchase after your visit & packages start at $39.99.
Can you accommodate people with special needs?
We will make every effort to ensure Santa is accessible to all. If you require special accommodations under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), please see our “We’re Here to Help!” section below to email us.
Can I bring my pet?
New for 2024! Cats & dogs (on a leash) have a dedicated time—Thursday afternoon/evening to visit with Santa. Reservations are required. Please select “with my pet” when prompted when making your reservation. Your pet will be placed next to Santa on his throne. If your furry friend becomes too excited to see Santa, you may be asked to sit with them to get their photo taken. This opportunity is for cats & dogs only, no other pets will be accommodated. During regular Santa hours only trained service animals are permitted to accompany Santa visits. Pets & emotional support animals are not permitted. This is to prioritize the safety of guests & staff that have pet allergies.
Where can I find the digital photos I purchased?
Click “Download Photos” below to find your photos. You will need your photo barcode number, which can be found in your reservation confirmation email & “Thank You for Visiting” email. It is an alphanumeric number under the barcode.
Please include your reservation confirmation code, name, email address, date, time & group size to better help us fix the issue.
