The one and only Santa Claus is bringing his ho-ho-holiday cheer to select Macy’s stores. Don’t miss your chance to meet & take a photo with the big man himself right in your city!
This is the best way to stay up to date on the experience & answer any questions you may have.
Don’t miss Santa’s grand arrival, story time, and a chance to meet & take photos with him. Plus, enjoy a special craft activity & other festivities throughout the store!
When selecting the group size for your reservation please include the total number of adults, children & infants.
This is to guarantee your opportunity to meet and take a photo with Santa and participate in festivities throughout the store. There may be a wait time before your turn to meet Santa.
You’ll also receive two reminder emails before your visit. If you do not see them in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.
Do I need a reservation to attend?
Reservations are strongly encouraged but not required. The benefit of making a reservation is to guarantee your spot to meet and take a photo with Santa and participate in festivities throughout the store. Wait time may vary by location and attendance.
What should I do if I have issues booking a reservation?
Reservations open November 20 for all locations. If reservations are full, you can periodically check back to see if space becomes available. If you are having tech issues, please see our “We’re Here to Help” section below to email us. Reservation email conformation and reminders come from “noreply-Macy’s Holiday Celebrations”.
My child has a specific vision of what Santa looks like. Will you accommodate that request?
The Macy’s Santa Tour brings the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade® Santa direct from 34th Street to select Macy’s stores. You have seen him during the finale of the Parade, now meet him in person.
Are professional photographs available for this event?
Due to this being a one-day special event, we will not be offering professional photography. Guests will be allowed to take photos on their mobile device/personal cameras. Please do not bring tripods or selfie sticks, one of Santa’s elves will be happy to assist and take your family photograph so all can be included. Young children who cannot sit up on their own will require an adult or older child to sit with them. Santa will not be able to hold children on his lap.
Can you accommodate people with special needs?
Santa is excited to greet all guests who wish to visit him. The Macy’s Santa Tour will take place on the Macy’s sales floor and is ADA compliant and accessible. We will try and accommodate any additional requests, please communicate your request with staff when checking in.
Can I bring my pet?
Only trained service animals are permitted to attend the event. Pets and emotional support animals are not permitted. This is to prioritize the safety of guests and staff that have pet allergies.
Where will the event be located within the store?
Please visit our Santa tracker above and click on a city to get up to date information. Information will also be communicated in your reservation emails.
What does the event entail?
Join us 30 minutes ahead of the reservation time block to be a part of Santa’s grand arrival outside the store and parade to his throne. Other activities will be available before Santa’s arrival and during the meet and greet. Santa will greet guests for two hours and will stay to ensure all guests with a reservation are greeted.
