If you are not satisfied, contact Macy's Customer Service at 1-888-822-6229 (TTY: 711) within 120 days of receipt to schedule a one-time exchange or return. The exchange must be scheduled within 14 days of your call. The mattress and/or set must be undamaged, unsoiled, and free of stains.
