Magnificent Lifelong Gift

This 8x10 Waterford Wedding Heirloom Frame is expertly designed and masterfully crafted. The wedding couple is totally in love with it. One small recommendation is to make sure the stand that holds the frame is securely attached. This is a massive piece of crystal thats very heavy and needs a strong support.

Lovely frame cheered me up immediately

I had another Waterford picture break in half, when it fell on marble bathroom counter. I was crushed, BUT the wedding heirloom is magnificent and the details are amazing..arrived in time for our anniversary to replace the old one.. someone asked if I broke it on purpose for the new picture frame.. white background is very nice. .

Beautiful frame, subpar backing

Beautiful, durable, classic Waterford frame. That said, the backing is not as high quality as you'd reasonably expect from this brand and price point. Even with trimming a professionally printed photo (that I should not have had to since it was an 8x10 for an 8x10 frame), the photo still does not lay flat since the backing does not latch as closely as it should. I now have a rippled photo in an expensive frame. I've seen a comment elsewhere that this also happened to them. Not sure if it's a manufacturer's issue/defect.
