Amazing formula

I am tan & these eyeliners complement my skin complexion. They managed to be bold but classy. The formula is great! It glides and does not drag your skin. You can apply more for a bolder look :) I am so happy to see NYX at Macy's. If they ever opened a section with makeup artists to apply makeup, I would definitely make an appointment. Keep your fingers crossed ladies.
