earring backs not working

The earing is heavy that earring backs doesnt work in the 2nd time of use and the earing keep falling from my ear :( waste of money that you return

Amazing Earrings & Customer Service

I purchased these lovely pearl & CZ earrings online as a gift. When the package was delivered, I was amazed to see how the CZ's captured the light & sparkled so brightly. They truly compliment the pearl. I was not pleased that the gift box displayed the price inside that had a glued on price sticker. There was also a price tag on the underside of earring display part of the box. I had to make a trip to a Macy's store to get a replacement earring gift box. I don't give gifts with the price on them. I ended up sending both boxes so she could exchange the earrings, if she wished. Turns out that she loved the earrings so I am pleased with my purchase & the outstanding customer service that I received from Macy's Fine Jewelry Department representative.
