Earrings are flimsy

These earrings get bent very easily. I gently tried to put the ring back in shape and it was bent horribly with a crack in my earring. I am hoping I can return them.

14k Gold Diamond Hoop Earrings

These earrings are the worst purchase I ever made. They are so thin that they bent when I put them in my ears. Definitely not worth buying and I guarantee you that you would not be satisfied with them. I had to return it because they were too thin and flimsy.
