I got this for my niece's wedding at the end of July. (It is currently early March.) This must be a holdover from the holiday season. Yowsa! It's gorgeous! I got the sapphire blue color and it really pops!
I've lost about 6 lbs after joining a gym at the New Year so I'm in-between sizes. The smaller size fit (hurrah!) There wasn't a larger one to compare but I sent text photos to friends and asked another shopper. Everyone thought it looked great as is. Though between you, me and the lamp post, to be able to breathe and sit, I need to lose another 5 lbs. But it's not due to the size. It's due to the material. The material does not 'give.' It zips and fits fine. It's just breathe-ability within the satin material. I think the larger size would have been too big. If I wasn't hovering between, I likely wouldn't have this issue. But if you also are in-between sizes, the smaller size will fit but maybe feel a bit constrained due to the fabric.
Otherwise, I would say it's true to size.
On to other pros: The bodice is so sparkly and beautiful! Shows just enough decolletage with the mesh V but not too much due to the applied sparkles. Great A-line for hourglass or pears. As with another reviewer, I have a l-o-n-g torso but short legs.
I'm 5'4" (really 5' 3-1/2" but let's just go with 5'4"). This 'tea length' hits me at my ankle. I was thinking of getting it hemmed but my niece confirmed that the wedding is formal. Most formal length dresses are yards and yards too long for me, so this is PERFECT for my needs. After the wedding, I may hem to my knees for future use.
Anyway, well done! I now need to continue to work on my arms at the gym! ;-)
Yes, I recommend this product.
