[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The stone is extremely heavy, but the carrying tray is very sturdy. The carrying tray makes it very easy to get in and out of the oven. The stone can be cured ahead of time or just let it happen over time. The stone will scratch and show wear if you cut the pizza while still on the stone, but it stays warmer that way. It's not meant to stay pristine, it collects oil because its porous. Delivers a good crispy crust every time!
