    first set of pans

I was told my grandma and my mom to own a great set of pot and pans. so they told me about the all clad stainless steal. I have only one pan the 8' frying pan. I have used only 4 times and i am amazed on how the bottom doesnt turn black. like i was told by my grandma and my mom. This is the only set that i am going to buy no other set that stands up to this set. i plan on buying more pot and pans when i start cooking more and as gifts. I love this set.

    All clad cookware review

Over the last 30 years I have owned several differant lines of cookware. All Clad is by far the best I've ever owned. I love to cook so my cookware has to be able to withstand constant use. I have found that the cost of All Clad is worth every penny. I highly recommend this cookware to anyone buying their set or upgrading.

I have gone thru countless pots and pans and believe I have found the set that will last. I cook 3 to 4 times a day for 2 to 10 people. I bought one fry pan from All-Clad to test it out. I bought 3 others (Farberware, Martha Stewart and Cooks essentials) The All Clad out did all the others. Cleaning, Scrubbing, Dishwasher, Burnt food, Polishing is all it took to bring it back to orignal. It's been 4 months and still looks almost new. Polishing will slightly dull the finish, but it's the only way to get the gunk off the bottoms.I display my pots on a pot rack, so the finish is important. I am ready to invest in the whole set. The pc is heavy but beautifully balanced. The handle fit the hand comfortably. My 11 yr old daughter can saute and flip with no problems. I have a glass top range and gas burners. Heat distribution is even and steady, no hot spots here. The bottoms are heavy which helps with the scorching you get in thin pans. So far so good. .

My husband and I love this pan. We use it daily. We did not want the non stick pan for health reasons and this one works fantastic. We use it for eggs in the morning or to stir fry vegatables for dinner. We finally figured out that bar keepers friend makes the clean up easy too.
