Be aware of the refund/reshipment issue
I ordered the item online. It showed delivered yesterday, but I didn't receive it. I tried many times to get customer service to file a claim, but I was told that because the order was delivered and someone signed it, I could not get a refund/ reshipment. How does it make sense? They sent the package to somewhere else instead of my address, and I have to pay for their mistake.
