The couch Looks good, and is very comfortable. However, the fabric wears pretty poorly - where I primarily sit is pilling pretty significantly and considering the couch is only 3 months old, I question how long I?ll truly get out of the sofa, before it looks too run down - I got the default grey color. I don?t have any children and only a small 15 pound dog, so it?s not like it?s being jumped on. Otherwise sofa is holding up to dog very well.

We bought this sectional less than 2 months ago. Both the customer service at the store and delivery were exceptional. The sectional is beautifu and has a very clean look, just what we were looking for. The downside of it is that I am very disappointed with the fabric quality. One of the seats already feels rough and ?spiky?, feels very uncomfortable to sit on. The other seat already started to tear on the edge near the seam. I wish that I could post pictures along with my review. Truly wished that the fabric quality would be more resistant and durable.

I bought this several months ago and love it. Love the color which is creamy. Love that it is more firm than the Radley. This makes it look classier. Is comfortable and spacious. 7 adults easily. They took the wrap too which would have been a big mess. Thanks Macys!! This piece is now cheaper so get it now.

This couch is very nice but I have had nothing but problems with it, since I got it. I finally decided on the furniture that I wanted for our new home and they had to order this couch because they didn?t have it in stock. I excepted that it took over a month to get to me. Once they brought the couch to the home, the couch had stains and the back of the couch was dented in and ripped. So the delivery guy said he would call it in to have them clean the couch and order the part. The guy came and cleaned the spot but didn?t have the part. I then had to call and have the part ordered, the part then was shipped to my house and had to recall to have them fix the couch. Today 12/02/17 Was the day the guy was supposed to fix the couch, do you think it got fixed. Nope the wrong part was ordered and I then had to reschedule for them to come back out. This customer service is the worst and I have had nothing but problems.

This couch is amazing. By far the best couch we have owned and every one loves it. My favorite is the 45 degree wedge vice a 90. makes the couch feel a lot bigger/ My daughter has already claimed the chaise as hers.The service was amazing and delivery was exceptional. Will definitely order more furniture from macys.

Our Astra sectional in the oatmeal fabric was just delivered, and we could be more pleased with the purchase. The purchase was the easiest purchase ever with the help of Robert Tamburro, the specialist at Triangle Town Center. He was very knowledgeable with the products and explained the whole purchasing process thoroughly. We kept being informed along the way as far as the delivery date and time. The delivery truck called 20 minutes prior to arriving, and they were well within their two-hour time frame. It truly was white glove service. The delivery men were so courteous and made sure they covered their shoes to walk on the hardwood floors and made sure the sectional was set exactly like we wanted it before leaving. Every piece of packing material was taken back out to be recycled. Now for the sectional review ... we had bought a different sectional from Macy's about 8 years ago and it still looks brand new after several moves, and we use it in our loft area. This is what led us back to Macy's ... the quality of the furniture is superb. The Astra is beautiful and sits very firm. The firmness was a must for us, and the rolled arms gives it an updated look. We look forward to many, many good years of use.

Just received my sectional and I love it. Our whole family of five can sit on it together and be comfortable. Cushions are firm but comfortable. Ordered it on a Saturday and it came the following Friday. Delivery service was exceptional and communication was excellent throughout the process. I highly recommend Macy's and this sectional in particular.

This is the second couch from Macy's we have purchased. The other was 12 years ago and STILL in use, going strong. The cushions on this sectional are very firm, they do not leave an imprint, there is no slouching of fabric, and best of all no indent on the back cushions from anyone. It looks like it should cost much more, but this is such a great price for such great quality. We have purchased chairs and couches from many furniture stores and they just don't make them like they used to. So we went back to the tried and trusted Macy's and we are definitely not only not disappointed but THRILLED.
SUCH a great piece for a family, especially with the rounded armrests. You search for your perfect sectional STOPS HERE! There is no need to traipse around another furniture store. This one can't be beat.
