Disappointed

It’s for Christmas present for my husband. it arrived on time and I haven’t opened it until the day before Christmas to wrap them. Shipping box was fine but when I opened, the box where watch was packed was damaged. It looks like someone stepped on the corner of the box before put it into shipping box. I wanted to return it but the watch looks ok so my hub said no need to do the return process. However, I was expected to be gently packed with care since the watch I purchased isn’t cheap one. I am very disappointed.
