Love the bra but shoulder straps were too long

Love the comfort and style of this bra but the shoulder straps were too long even after adjusting to shortest length. If straps were shorter, it would have been 5 stars

Uncomfortable, Unfortunately

Bought 3 of these bras because they were on sale, but found that the back strap is rough and uncomfortable. It scratched up my back, even after washing. The rest of the bra was fine.
