I'm 5'1" with a 28" waist/37" hip and purchased a Petite M, and the length was perfect on me. Loved the look of the high waist with the belt, but the fabric was such a gross polyester, stiff and plastic-y, like the fabric for an outdoorsing jacket. Kind of a strange fit too- the waist was perfect, but the hip/butt area was tight while the legs were super baggy. Had to return.

Cute little cotton knit shirt. I love the grommets - I got the matching mini skirt (in regular not petite) which makes it long enough for old me. I can't wait for warmer weather. One review says the arm holes are too big, I bought a PL and they do not show my bra, but aren't snug either. So if you have very thin arms, they might be a little loose.

The grommet detail is nice. The arm holes are large, so your bra will show. The material is t-shirt, not too thin, not too thick. Not for me, but can recommend if you keep in mind my observations.
