Tight

I'm 5'4 and wear a size 12. I ordered the extra large for a loose fitting blazer feel. Since I live in TN, there aren't many Macy's near me, so I ordered it online. When I tried it on my upper arm felt very constricted and excess material hung from my lower arm. The sleeve was really long and the actual bodice was tight as well. I'm a 38 D, and it made me look extra busty. The shoulder pads are iffy at best, and I can't even wear the thing without feeling stuffed in. I really can't believe that I went a size larger and it feels a size smaller. The material looks cheap as well.
