    Good choice

    Love it. Easy to clean. Toast very good. It works very well and I didn’t have a problem with it. I bought on November 2019. Excellent choice

    Bought this Panini Grill with high expectations but was a total fail. I didn't heat up at all. Will return it ASAP.

    Panini maker damaging kitchen power outlet

    We bought Bella Panini maker few months back. We are enjoying restaurant style grilled sandwiches and my daughters love this product. However we observed that whenever we use product recently, it’s damaging our Power outlets and GFCI ( Ground Fault Circuit Breaker) in kitchen. When we moved to this panini maker to another outlet, we saw another GFCI power outlet damaged within 15-20 min of operation. So far we have 3 GFCI is kitchen are damaged due to this Panini maker and 3 more outlet connected to these GFCIs are also out of order. Although we love this products, we are scared to use anymore due to power outlet damaging and risk of safety.

    Buy a different brand.

    I'm sorry, but this is a piece of junk. There is no "on/off", just the plug. If you push down on the handle for any pressure the whole thing tips forward; i.e. you cannot "press". Finally, when the lock is tightened it actually forces the plastic "lock" off of its track and it becomes useless. I really expected more from Macys.

    This is a great panini grill. Easy to use, has multiple heat settings and is easy to clean. All at a reasonable price.
