Not returnable

Very cute boots but narrow and cuts in to your feet. Macy's won't return because they send you an invoice after you purchased that can't be returned. Very bad and not good service disappointed in this company.

Super slippery shoes

I was happy when I received them, because they look cute, I wore them onece, and I slipped and fell because they are very very slippery, I wont recommend them to anybody. Dangerous shoes.

Heel height

They're cute but the heel is pretty low. I'm on the hunt for that perfect heel height that's not too tall and not too flat. Another half inch would've made these a 5.

Nice color but stiff

These are a nice color of brown but really stiff and not a lot of cushion, maybe would break in a little after wearing them but I’m not sure enough to wear all day comfortably.
