Threads everywhere

I bought a size 8....fit good but a little bit long, but that's not all.... there were threads everywhere, it was so bad that I didn't even think twice in returned it. I took it out from the bag, noticed the threads, try it on it fitted good, but the treads were so bad that I just put it back in the box and shipped it back!!!! The returned was so easy...I will give 5 stars to that!!!

Poor experience with return

I just wanted to mention how much trouble I had with my return at the Holyoke mall/ Holyoke Mass. When I returned this dress I was 6 days outside the return window ..which I was not aware of from researching on the website. The sales assistant Yvonne was rude and without empathy I donot live near macys (approximately 1 hour away) and she insisted it was to late to return with the receipt (I had everything needed for a smooth return). She ended up rescanning the item and only giving me the price the item was at that time …approximately 40$less…Yet,when I looked it up online it was the same price I paid. Also she didn’t tell me I would be receiving a check until after the return was made and said it would come sometime but wouldn’t tell me when . It was clear she didn’t care about me as the costumer.. had she even remotely seemed interested I would have told her I was called out of town (I’m a nurse)when my sister suddenly became critically ill .. the dress had not even arrived left.
