problem returning it

The washing machine has been making a very loud and strange noise for less than a month. Macy's won't take responsibility. I had to call another number and send an email explaining the problem. So far, they haven't responded to tell me how I can return it. They're making the process very complicated, slow, and frustrating.

Great machine

Best purchase I’ve made after giving away my portable washer a few years ago. This machine is extremely quiet which is a plus. It fits into my small space good. I purchased a dolly to make moving it to the sink easier. It cleans well also.

Works well for small loads

It works well for small loads and clothes come out somewhat dry after a spin cycle. It’s reasonably quiet when on level solid tile floor.

Great machine, nice features, good price.

This is a nice little washer. It looks good has nice features. I really like the stainless tub. Water pump instead of gravity. Drain is really nice except it should drain all the water out of the machine instead of leaving some in It has a nice price. I like the spring-loaded lid. It could have a better lint trap system. I bought a heavier duty drain hose. But I don't know if I'm gonna be able to attach it. I gotta land on its side in the water. That's left inside is gonna spill all over the place I like how quiet it is. I really like how quiet the spin feature is. That's very impressive. Overall, I recommend this to anyone warning. A nice compact washing machine.
