Not noise cancelling
I was excited for these headphones, especially in my favorite color, yet was disappointed in the noise cancelling feature. The only way to cancel noise is to turn up the volume very high, which hurts my ears. I expected much higher quality for $400 headphones.

Hi Angel. Thank you for your post. The combination of active and passive noise reduction technologies in your headphones is designed to block out most sounds but may not block out everything. You may still hear higher-pitched sounds like sirens and even human voices, although the volume of these sounds should be dramatically reduced. Cannot recommend enough!
I got these for Christmas after practically begging for them and wow they have exceeded my expectations. They are so comfortable that I don't get a headache and my ears don't hurt after hours of wearing them, and the aware/quiet mode is so helpful for this stay at home mom
