Too buggy
Worked well for a while but now every time I use it one earbud won't work. I have to go through connecting and reconnecting for 10 minutes to get them working. I expect better for the price

Thanks for your review. Bose Immersive Audio and the addition of Immersive Audio settings for Custom Modes. Other new features include Snapdragon Sound certification, using hi-res audio and low latency codec, Qualcomm aptX Adaptive, and Google Fast Pair. However, be sure the earbuds are being worn properly and place both earbuds into the charging case. Keep the lid open. The earbud status light will illuminate when the earbuds are inserted into case. If the status light does not light up, press downward on the buds to ensure they are making a solid connection with the charging pins. If sound is missing from the left or right ear while listening to your product, try the following: https://www.bose.co.uk/en_gb/support/articles/HC2672/productCodes/QCUE-HEADPHONEIN/article.html#:~:text=Resync%20the%20earbud%20connection.,connection%20with%20the%20charging%20pins. Great sound. Not great for exercising.
Great sound. I pair these with my Ipad pro and Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra. Having trouble staying in my ear during workouts!

Good choice
The sound clarity is amazing. I have a pair of Quiet Comfort 25 headphones and wanted something that didn't put an indent in my hair after use. The sound even compared to those headphones is superb in it's own sense. I was surprised at how much bass you get out of these earbuds. The battery life is pretty good, about 6-7 hours of constant use for me. The sound profiles are really interesting on the app, it actually sounds like you're at a concert which is pretty insane. The noise cancelation is wonderful, it blocks out practically everything and really muffles everything else.
