Not good for phone calls.
Good for music, not good for phone calls. Boise canceling is great, music is great, phone calls are trash. The volume is very low. People you talk to hear every little bit of sound. The sound is amplified. But everyone sounds like thr call is under water. It's not clear and it's low. Changing the sounds do not help.

Great Earbuds!
These earbuds are fantastic! They provide high-quality sound and the noise-blocking is awesome. I did need to obtain the alternate sizing kit. The XS size was perfect for my ears. The only warning that I have is if you need the alternate size earbuds, take a look at what colors are available so that they match your earbuds. Unfortunately the color of the QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds that I purchased did not match the available size for the alternate size earbuds in the Diamond 60th Edition Color. Obviously that doesn't affect the sound, but it's still annoying. Overall however, these are a great product!

Great sound, UX poor compared to AirPods
It’s the same old review of anybody moving away from an Apple product I’m afraid, for me the sound quality in the QC pods is superior, however it’s let down by clunky user experience, often I’ll take a pod out to listen with just a single ear and whatever I’m listening will stop working and require me putting both pods back in the box, closing everything on my phone and opening them again, sometimes it’ll be fine. There is no seamless switching between devices, it always feels like an effort that may or may not work. The worst thing is that I often just have a single headphone in at work and when I get a phone call the active noise cancellation kicks in even when turned to “aware” which creates a strange pressure shift in my ear much like being on an aeroplane!

Broken with 6 months and hardly been used
Poor quality case broken not charging one ear pod within 6 months and only used for 1 holiday. Hard to find how to fix within warranty

Very immersive
I bought a pair of these for my wife, so good I purchased a pair for myself. So far they are great sounding for music. I originally bought them to use on a plane when I go on holiday. These will be great for blocking out the sound.
