The material looks good, but this product has a strong odor, and it is not getting better after almost a week. Not sure if the odor is harmful.

love this platform bed, heavy and stable, lots of space, love the drawers.

bought this bed because my husband wanted a bed that baby or dog toys would not roll under. we have had this bed since February 2020 its now August 2021 still have no issues (we did white glove service). I bought king size since our 2yr old still sleeps with us. drawers are nice and big which we needed since we are apartment living and needed storage. I also use the cubbie storage with nice decorative boxes and bins.

Do you not buy! We’ve had to replace the headboard twice in the drawers they come off the track and they I don’t shut properly. The headboard has cracked two times. And do not do not do not buy the warranty it is a joke I’ve spent so many hours fighting with this company over getting these things replaced that are covered and they try to tell you they’re not covered. The sales people at Macy’s.Will sell you this warranty and tell you everything is covered it’s great blah blah blah blah blah blah it’s a freaking joke

it's a beautiful bed but it's really loud and squeaks a lot when you're on it. I'm wondering if macy's white glove service installed it incorrectly or it's just the bed.

I usually would not purchase furniture online without seeing it first but I have had great experiences with furniture that I have bought at Macy’s, so I took a chance. Very glad that I did. The bedroom set is nice, heavy and sturdy. my son loves it.

There were no directions with this bed but it wasn't difficult to put together. I wasn't expecting high end furniture, but I was disappointed that the pieces don't line up well. Because they don't line up, the bed looks cheap. I took a photo, but there is not an option to upload it.

My girlfriend and I fell in love with this as soon as we saw it on the showroom. I typically shop online so seeing it in person helped a lot. This bed is really sturdy. Trust me! I haven't felt the need to get a nightstand because the sides are wide enough for the little things like glasses, a little LED lamp, phone etc... The biggest plus are the drawers. I am living in a 575 sq feet appt by myself and this bed removes the need for a wardrobe altogether.
