Not worth it

In my opinion and through my current experience, it is not the quality chair as advertised. Heating coil protrudes into your back. Cushions are stiff. Lift is slow. Macys only gives you three days to return it knowing that three days is not enough time to figure out defects. Regretting my decision to purchase this item!
