If you're looking for classic, well-cut denim, these authentic slim boot King-X jeans from Buffalo David Bitton are it. They feature whiskering, five-pocket design with double back pockets, back pocket embroidery, belt loops, zip fly and single button fastening.
I purchased these jeans for my husband . He really likes them. We have tried several other brands to no avail. He says these jeans are comfortable and I think they look great on him!
These fit my husband very well. He is 6', weighs 195 & does not have a big butt (good to know right?). The length & waist size are true to size. They are a great weight - not light nor too heavy. They have a bit of stretch so that makes them comfy. The pocket placement in the back is perfect - a bit lower than most other jeans but they look great on! Highly recommend even though they cost more. They are worth it - well made too.
Big fan of this brand, own several pairs with 2-3 pairs of the same jeans. I've noticed the fit on these newer jeans are off, this specific pair does not run slim rather more like a classic straight which looks baggy.
I love Buffalo DB jeans with one qualifier: they not be made with polyester and elastane. Unfortunately with the King-X Slim-Fit Boot Cut jeans the construction is 95% cotton, 3% polyester, 2% elastane. That may not seem like a lot but it makes all the difference when it comes to excellent, great-fitting jeans and jeans that feel a tad too much like glorified sweatpants. For reasons I cannot comprehend there seems to be a trend towards "stretch" fit jeans -- jeans not made with 100% cotton or 99% cotton. Ever since I discovered my favorite pair of Buffalo David Bitton jeans I have searched in vain to buy another pair: the King-X Basic Slim-Fit Boot Cut Jeans -- made with 99% cotton. I eventually decided to give these 'alternate' King-X jeans a try and they do not come close in terms of fit. I cannot complain about the quality -- they still seem well made --- but well made does not mean well conceived. BDB: please drop the 'stretch' insanity and make these jeans with 100% cotton....
