I I purchased these glasses from Macy's in Oakbrook the first week of April 2021. By the second week of May 2021 one of the screws that secures the frame to the lens has fallen out. Unfortunately you can't return the frames to the Sunglass Hut in Macy's for repair or exchange, but must file a claim with luxottica online. The kicker is even though my card account statement reflects the purchase, since I lost the receipt, and the sales associate stated she couldn't look up sale, I can't prove to luxottica that my frames are within warranty. All of this for a screw. Never again.
