I was able to use this pan for roasting prime rib, it is good quality, flat bottom so it can go directly on the stove from the oven to make au jus.

Purchased after throwing away a lesser-priced Calphalon earlier this year. The five layer pan made a great difference in how the meat cooked.

I made a 4.5 pound NY Strip roast for Christmas in this pan and it turned out great.  My Mom and Sister were very impressed with how easy the clean up of the pan and the rack were.  Calphalon made a smaller version of this pan I would buy it as well.  Just love it!!!

Heavy enough to hold a 26.75 pound bird. Never worried about it "sinking" in the middle or on the sides. Excellent quality. After using it-I wrapped it up as a Christmas for my newly married daughter. For her-nothing but the best!!!

Stands up to a lot of use and heats well. Cleans up nicely and still looks great after a lot of roasts.

I purchased this roaster for my huge turkey I bought for Thanksgiving dinner. Having only made one in the past, I was a bit nervous to cook for my large family. Needless to say it came out great with the help of this roaster. I was able to make a great stuffing with the juices I was able to collect and the wire rack made it so easy to remove without creating a mess. And clean-up was a snap. I am a great fan of Calphalon products and will continue to purchase them in the future. Their quality outlives their competitors.
