Wheres the lining!

I actually was super excited to receive this dress. I loved it when I received it but it didn't come with the polyester lining - way too sheer. Based on the information provided a lining should've been included. Not a happy camper - dress going back. With lining this dress would be perfect - absolutely beautiful.
