Exactly what I was looking for. I prefer the single breasted style, vs. double. It's just a bit more sleek & less busy in the front of the coat. This coat is more of a 'topper'; not intended for 20 degree + trudging in the snow kind of weather. The one coat you could pack and/or wear for travel - Pair with a lovely scarf (or not) and It can easily dress up a pair of jeans, or leggings. I do a lot of 'art 'gallery hopping', and this is the perfect topper to wear, while strolling from gallery to gallery at night, or outdoor cafe seating when there is a chill in the air. Hey - I'm a Calif. girl - when temp drops to 68 degrees, I need a coat! I bought the XS. Fit a bit more sleek in the waist for me than the S. I'm 112 lbs 5'4", longer arms. The perfect coat for me. I may swap out the silver toned buttons, for black - not essential, just musing.
