Why was my shirt not wrapped in original wrapping

I was ok with ordering process although the mobile experience did not seem as solid as the web UI. Also impressed I can order at noon and get it by 5. Was very unhappy my shirt came un wrapped as if it was selected from a pile of shirts left opened on a table. Why wasn't it wrapped up like a new shirt in the store? It was wrinkled and did not look new. I will be returning it.
