I liked these shoes until I noticed they were falling apart after only wearing them 5 times.

Love this shoes , wore them about five times then I noticed that the bottom was broken and falling apart. I am very ,very , very disappointed , need my money back.

Wore them for over 8 hrs for a conference and I was fine the whole time

I like the heel height the fact that they are cushioned slightly, love the emblem on the back of heel, so cute. I bought the red patent ( it's a lipstick red) Ordered these in black patent which haven't arrived yet. I also have this same shoe in light taupe from previous years. PS, the height and style of the heel makes your legs look great and the emblem is a little sexy.

This is the most comfortable patent leather shoe I own. I actually have two pairs! Do yourself a favor and grab a pair and you'll say the same.

They are pretty pumps but won't break in. The leather is not soft. They run narrow for a medium width. I'm disappointed with these heels. Would not buy again.

I purchased these heels online in the anthracite, black, and cloud colors. The heels are beautiful, professional, not too high, and appear to be of great quality. I only gave them 4 stars due to the sizing. The toe box is very small. I typically wear an 8 1/2 in heels but decided to order 9's based on the reviews. In both the anthracite & black my toes feel squished and pinched but yet when walking in them, they slip off my heel (go figure-maybe I need a wide). I also noticed with the anthracite color, the shoe/pattern seemed to buckle in the toe box area (maybe due to size issue). I'm unsure if I'm going to keep them as I'm not sure I willing to wait for them to be "broken in" and sizing up would create a bigger flip flop issue. The cloud color however fit absolutely perfect in the 9! They are honestly the most comfortable heels I own. They don't slip off my heel, I have plenty of room for my toes, and they are very versatile. I do recommend this heel but definitely try them on first!

Purchased all black with gold emblem. Size was perfect! Goodness. I slipped my foot in and fell in love! Good job CK. I'm about to turn heads and click these heels!! Beautiful accent on the back as well!
