I followed instructions in manual to prepare for my first use. It leaked almost all the water all over my kitchen counter. I had to return machine to manufacture at my expense! Customer service said “you are covered under warranty.” Ha, ha!

I have not used my Iced Tea Brewer yet but look forward to some good old Southern Sweet Tea

I am So happy with this iced tea maker! My old coffee mate one cracked so much so finally said no more plastic coffee mate tea pitchers. This one was significant more expensive but totally worth it, I hope. Only time will tell.

Love this tea maker. Wore one out and purchased a second one because we were so pleased with the first one.

Fantastic brewer to replace my equally fantastic Mr. Coffee brewer that is no longer with any replacement parts. This brewer works as well as any brewer could be expected to work.

I bought this a few years ago and I’m still using it every week. I just put a few tea bags in and let it run. It makes awesome iced tea but works great for hot tea also, just leave the ice out. I love it so much I bought this one as a Christmas gift for my folks who also love iced tea.

loved the glass container however the button stopped working to turn on after only a few pots made( less than 9) !
