RUNS SMALL FOR SIZE 12MONTHS. STURDY FABRIC

I love the design and look of this racer back bathing suit. The material is thicker and sucks you in, perfect for swimming classes. The con to it was that it runs very small. I have other Carters swimsuits in the similar style and they fit good but this size 12 month is very tight and the torso isn't long enough! We cannot even get the straps over her shoulder. Makes me upset since i took the tag off i cannot return.
