Unacceptable delivery options
I am very disappointed with macys delivery options, I order this product to pick up in the store, and the following day the product pick up option was changed to be delivered to my address which will take more than the expected time. This is a gift to my father, and now I have to wait more time because macys fail me. I call customer services to change the deliver option , and they told me it was not possible to do , and there was nothing they were able to do. They say I have to do it before 30 minutes to cancel my order. The wait time was more then 34 minutes.
