Purchased both white and gray sets of these towels. Through many washings and dryings these towels have held up beautifully.

I bought these towels last week because we've had Kassatex towels in the past that have been fantastic, they are actually 9 years old and going strong but I decided I wanted a change. I thought these would be it but sadly they weren't. Unbelievable non absorbent, my husband complained bitterly so back they went. I wish they were made like they were years ago, especially for the money.

I am returning these... They feel very mediocre and ordinary. Mostly I am loyal to this brand for the towel hooks... no hooks on these towels. They are going back!

The large bath towel shredded on the very first wash. Total waste. I think one of the dozen plastic staples was not removed, and it went into the washer/dryer and made a real mess. The whole side of the bath towel came undone. I'd post pictures if possible. Putting that aside for a moment. The towels felt much lighter in weight than I expected. For luxury towels they are thin and obviously fragile. This was a dud.

I loved these towels until a couple of the hand towels hems started to unravel. I wanted to replace them, but the "iris" color is no longer available. Not happy about this!

I usually don't write reviews, but even my guests are commenting on how fantastic these towels are. I have owned 8 sets of these in Latte and Almond for a year now. They are washed weekly, and look as good as new. I use cold water, and NO dryer sheets. Dryer sheets ruin towels over time. They are not slippery like a velour, but a VERY absorbent medium to heavy-weight. They are expensive, but they are sure to outlast cheaper towels many times over.

I purchased these 3 years ago in almond or latte - not sure. I have been using half of them and half are still in the plastic In the closet. The ones I have been using have faded more than any other towels I have ever purchased. I do not wash them more than a few times a month and use warm water and regular detergent. Need to totally replace - would be embarrassed to have guests use these.

Great looking and very soft. Feel great against skin. Soft but not too. Exceeded my expectation. I like them a lot. Colors were true.
