I’ve been wearing Chanel #5 for years and this bottle smells bad. Like chemicals. Not the beautiful fragrance I’m used to . I will be taking it back to the store after Christmas, hopefully someone will help me.

Macys’ policy on modifying orders was so inflexible that I was forced to buy the wrong perfume! Sure I was in error but considering how eager they are to take payment (and the fact that we all have many choices online) I am surprised by their draconian treatment of me as a customer. Goodbye Macys.
