Looked like a great quality product and certainly not cheap. Bought it 10 months ago and now just saw a small section that is shredding. About a 4 inch hole. Very disappointed especially because it doesn't look like I can but just one replacement sheet... need to buy a whole SET??

I have been purchasing these sheets for years along with family members. At a recent family gathering, I mentioned that my bottom fitted sheet split down the middle. Four family members said “same thing happened to me.” I am assuming that a different manufacturer is being used.

Purchased four months ago. The bottom fitted sheet is disintegrating in the corner.

I received these sheets July 26th, washed them to remove manufacturing residue, and put them on our bed. When removing them for the first wash after sleeping on them the sheets were a mess of broken threads and visible machine weaving marks as well as it looked as if it’d been scuffed for YEARS. I returned them on August 30th (4 days past their return window) and was told they weren’t returnable. I protested since it was obviously defective merchandise and was finally refunded the purchase price. Whoever has heard of sheets becoming so defective within one month?!! I have a set of sheets I’ve had for 18 years which feel like brand new.

We bought these last year Sept 2023 and a couple of days ago the fitted sheet ripped in the dryer!

The Charterhouse 800 Queen was perfect, until the fitted sheet tore and developed holes. I bought 3 sets before I finally realized the same problem happened every time. I was tempted to buy again, but I really needed to learn there was no improvement. SO SAD.

I purchased these sheets 6 months ago and they are already full of Holes. I called customer service and they said it’s been over 1 month nothing they can do about it! Sorry macys I’m very disappointed !

I've tried multiple sheet brands, and these are by far the best. They are soft and of excellent quality. I'm thoroughly impressed.
