Zipper is the flaw

I had chosen this robe and was gifted it. Lovely navy color. It was light in weight but still a cozy fabric. I am 5'8" 145 lbs. and the medium fit perfectly. I had to step into it because once the Zipper was opened, it could not be zipped again. I tried repeatedly, checked for it being caught in fabric (no). The zipper itself is cheaply made and does NOT line up correctly at the bottom. To make matters worse it is a two way zipper, which would have been great, had it been able to be used. My daughter bought me a second robe. It was the same. Returned. The first will be taken to a tailor to replace the zipper. Not such a bargain. Very disappointed.
