    Needs deeper than average drawers

    These are fantastic space-savers, but only if your drawers are deeper than mine. The height was a mere fraction of an inch higher than my drawer, but that was enough to make it impossible to close the drawer with them. Thus I returned them. I wish they had fit, because silverware could be stored and organized at a fraction of the space it would normally take.

    Not using them for silverware though

    I love them now that I gave up on using them for silverware. If you have service for more than 6 it really gets too full to be of much use. It looks disorganized & when it's full you can't see if the handle is for a fork or spoon so it's not really useful for larger sets. I did keep both of them - I am just not using them for silverware. One is in my silverware drawer but now holds my sets of chopsticks, straws, cheese knives, and miscellany. The other is in my office drawer. It's great for pens, pencils, etc. They are compact and taller so the drawers are more organized with them. If they ever make these wider for larger silverware sets, I'll be purchasing them!
