Poor quality.

Poor quality. Arrived at 8pm Friday and was returned at a Macy’s store the following morning. Macy’s sales associates were giving us trouble saying that the ring is used and heavily scratched. How can it be when it arrived less than a day before? Only after I showed them the shipping details did they accept the return. It took 5 different people and having to walk to a different floor and part of the store to get this refund done. Lesson learned to never again buy a thing from Macy’s. Poor quality products. Poor customer service.
